Ingredients
3lbs pork shoulder or roast
7lbs of country smoked ham
1 cup of brown sugar
½ cup of vinegar
1 Tbs of ground mustard
10 eggs
4 cups of bread crumbs
Directions
Grind your pork and ham fine. Mix in brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, eggs, and bread crumbs. Fill loaf pans with mixture and bake for 2 hours at 300 Degrees.
